This video includes a week of easy, lazy and tasty vegan snack ideas. I’m sharing with you all the treats and healthy snacks I ate over the course of 7 days + a mini haul from a fully vegan grocery store in Berlin!

#1 Lazy Almond Chocolate Sauce

1 tbsp almond butter
1 tbsp hot cocoa mix, vegan (i.e Kakao Express)
a dash of cinnamon
1-2 tbsp non dairy milk

#2 Hummus Avocado Toast

1 piece of toast
½ avocado
1 tbsp hummus
balsamic glaze
(a squeeze of lemon juice, not shown but would recommend)

#3 Homemade Popcorn w Peanut Butter Sauce

⅓ cup popcorn kernels (35g)
1 tsp coconut oil

for the sauce:

1 tbsp powdered peanut butter
1 tsp maple syrup
1-2 tbsp non dairy milk

→ or 1-2 tbsp smooth peanut butter, warm

#4 Lazy Green Juice

3-4 handfuls fresh baby spinach
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 cup mango or pineapple, frozen (150g)
1 ½ cups water, more if needed (375ml)

#5 Mini Chocolate Banana Breads

2 cups spelt flour (240g)
2 tsp baking powder
a pinch of salt
2 ½ tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
3 bananas, ripe
¼ cup melted vegan butter or coconut oil (60ml)
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
½ cup non dairy milk (125ml)
3 tbsp maple syrup
⅓ cup raw sugar (70g)
2 ½ tbsp strong coffee
