The semolina version is a little starchy and gooey while this one grainy, but that always happens with the keto stuff. The keto halwa does recreate the taste to a great extent. I am still working on how to get the starchy texture. I am sure adding a little psyllium husk may do it. That one is for the next time. Leave me your feedback. Happy Cooking!
