¼ teaspoon of cinnamon

1 teaspoon of sour cream

Directions:
-Heat up griddle.
-Mix all the ingredients except for the butter.
-The consistency of your batter will be much thinner than regular pancakes.
-Put butter or oil down on griddle to prevent sticking.
-Use a ladle and scoop out pancake size portion.
-Cook for 2 minutes depending on temperature of griddle and flip pancake.
