This keto pizza recipe starts with the best keto pizza crust EVER! This crust is a fathead pizza dough base but it has the perfect combination of almond flour, mozzarella cheese and egg to form a crispy, yet chewy pizza crust. Next, we spread an easy keto white sauce mixture all over the keto pizza. This white sauce is just garlic, ricotta cheese and salt.
Top with your favorite breakfast foods. I used bacon, basil and egg but any keto approved breakfast items will work.
This makes an easy keto recipe you can meal prep ahead of time. You are making a large pizza and each of the eight slices is 410 calories, 30 grams of fat and 4.8 gram net carbs. This makes the perfect portable lunch to take to work or meal you can eat in the car.

KETO BREAKFAST PIZZA RECIPE
4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
1 ¼ cup almond flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon xanthan gum (optional)
¾ teaspoon salt, divided
6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
¼ cup full fat ricotta cheese
1 teaspoon minced garlic
¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
3 tablespoons parmesan cheese
4 to 6 basil leaves, sliced
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Using a microwave or a non-stick skillet over the stovetop, melt 3 cups of mozzarella.
Add melted cheese, almond flour, 1 egg, baking powder, xanthan gum and ½ teaspoon salt to a food processor and pulse until combined. You can also mix ingredients by hand or with an electric mixer.
Roll the dough out in between two sheets of parchment paper until the dough is ⅛ to ¼ inch thick. Remove top layer of parchment paper.
In a small bowl, add ricotta cheese, garlic and ¼ teaspoon salt. Mix until combined. Set aside.
Sprinkle remaining 1 cup mozzarella cheese over the top of the pizza dough. Sprinkle crumbled bacon. Add dollops of garlic ricotta cheese mixture evenly over the pizza. Sprinkle red pepper flakes and parmesan cheese. Keeping the bottom layer of parchment paper under the pizza, place pizza on a baking tray or pizza stone. Bake at 400 degrees for 4 minutes.
Remove from oven. Use the back of a large spoon to make 4 divots on the pizza and crack remaining eggs into each divot. Return pizza to oven and bake for an additional 6-8 minutes or until egg white are almost set. Set oven to broil and broil pizza until eggs are cooked but yolks are still runny (about 30 seconds to 1 minute).
Remove pizza from oven. Sprinkle basil over pizza.
