- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Cut chicken breasts into 1-inch cubes and place in a mixing bowl.
