- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts
- 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- Green onions, chopped for garnish
- Sesame seeds for garnish
- In a bowl, mix together sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, black pepper, and optional red pepper flakes.
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and marinate in the sauce for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C) and lightly spray the basket.
- Coat marinated chicken pieces with cornstarch.
- Place chicken in a single layer in the air fryer and cook for 12-15 minutes until crispy and cooked through.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
