  • 1 lb chicken sausage, sliced
  • 1 lb cheese tortellini, fresh or frozen
  • 2 cups bell peppers, diced
  • 1 cup red onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your Blackstone grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Boil salted water in a pot; add tortellini and cook according to package instructions (3-5 minutes). Drain.
  3. In a bowl, combine bell peppers, onion, garlic, olive oil, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss well.
  4. Grill the sliced chicken sausage for 3-4 minutes until browned.
  5. Move sausage to one side of the grill; add seasoned vegetables on the other side. Grill for another 5-7 minutes until tender.
  6. Add drained tortellini to the grill with sausage and veggies; toss gently for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  7. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary before serving with fresh parsley.
