  • 100 grams crumbled blue cheese
  • 100 grams grated Parmesan cheese
  • 50 grams chopped walnuts
  • 68 sprigs fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • Sea salt
  • Cracked pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180C (350F) or 200C (390F) for non-fan ovens.
  2. Drizzle honey over each sheet of puff pastry.
  3. Evenly distribute walnuts, blue cheese, Parmesan cheese, and thyme on the pastry. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Roll each sheet into a log and cut in half lengthwise.
