  • 1/3 cup flour (for crumble)
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar (for crumble)
  • 1/3 cup almond paste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease an 8.5×4.5-inch loaf pan.
  2. For the blueberry filling, combine blueberries, sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Cook for about 10 minutes until thickened.
  3. In a large bowl, mix melted butter and sugar until combined. Add eggs and milk; mix until smooth.

  5. For the crumble, mix melted butter, flour, granulated sugar, and almond paste until clumpy.
