  • Zest and juice of 1 lime
  • 60 g dark chocolate (for shavings or drizzle)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the base: Crush the chocolate biscuits into fine crumbs, mix with melted butter, and press into a tart pan. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  2. Make the filling: Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Gradually whisk in heavy cream until thickened. Spoon the filling over the chilled base and chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  3. Prepare the topping: Combine black cherry filling with fresh berries, lime zest, and juice. Spread over the set cheesecake.
