  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 2 tablespoons butter (chopped)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup pecans or walnuts
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine butternut squash, apples, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and brown sugar.
