  • 200 grams mozzarella cheese
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 7 grams active dry yeast
  • 25 grams honey
  • 90 grams warm milk
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 50 grams butter
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley

Instructions
