  • 8 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese
  • 2 large ripe tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
