  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Water
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla

  2. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter, sugar, and water. Stir constantly until boiling. Remove from heat when it reaches 305°F (use a candy thermometer).
  3. Mix in vanilla, then coat the pretzels in caramel sauce until well covered.
  4. Spread coated pretzels on the cooling rack without overlapping.
  5. Bake for 20-30 minutes to dry them out and enhance crispiness.
  6. Allow to cool completely before serving.
