  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar (for filling)
  • 1 large egg (for filling)
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips, melted (for topping)
  • 1 cup Reese’s peanut butter cups, chopped (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cookie dough by creaming together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time and mix well. Stir in vanilla.
  2. In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually mix into the wet ingredients until just combined. Chill dough for 1 hour.
  3. Make the cheesecake filling by beating cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
