  • 2 tubes (13.8 ounces each) pizza dough
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic (minced)
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 2 cups parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 2 cups rotisserie chicken (shredded)
  • 1 cup alfredo sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. Cut the pizza dough into ½-inch pieces and roll them into small balls.
  3. In a large bowl, drizzle olive oil over the dough balls and sprinkle with Italian seasoning, minced garlic, and ½ cup each of mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Mix until well-coated.
  4. In a prepared bundt pan, layer half of the seasoned dough balls, followed by 1 cup of shredded chicken and ½ cup of alfredo sauce. Repeat layering with remaining ingredients, finishing with more cheese on top.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
