  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 yellow onion (diced)
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup low sodium chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream (for the sauce)
  • 2 tbsp chopped dill (more for serving)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine grated onion, ground beef, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, heavy cream, and egg until just mixed. Shape into four patties.
