  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook egg noodles in boiling water until al dente (7-8 minutes), then drain.
  3. Sauté diced chicken in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked (6-8 minutes).
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked noodles, sautéed chicken, cream of chicken soup, mixed vegetables, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Fold in half the cheddar cheese and transfer to a baking dish.
  6. Top with remaining cheese and bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
