  • 1 cup mayonnaise

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons white sugar

  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Cook the macaroni according to package directions in salted water. Drain and rinse under cool water until chilled.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder to create the dressing.
  3. Combine cooled pasta with half of the dressing and gently mix in the diced vegetables.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow flavors to meld.
