  • 1 pound turkey bacon, chopped
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 8 large eggs
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 bag frozen shredded hash browns (30 ounces)
  • 1 packet dry ranch seasoning mix

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the beef sausage and turkey bacon until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. In a bowl, blend cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Stir in milk, eggs, ranch seasoning mix, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Combine cooked meats with thawed hash browns and 1 cup of cheddar cheese into the egg mixture.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish; top with remaining cheese.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 50–60 minutes until set. Remove foil and bake for an additional 8–10 minutes until golden brown.
