  • 2 lbs potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Layer half of the sliced potatoes in the greased dish; drizzle half of the balsamic mixture over them.
