  • 2 tablespoons tamari (or soy sauce)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (or omit)
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon ginger (grated)
  • 1 teaspoon chili crunch (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the dressing by whisking together olive oil, rice vinegar, tamari, sesame oil, maple syrup, garlic, ginger, and chili crunch in a bowl until well combined.
  2. In a large bowl, combine chopped cucumbers, shelled edamame, and fresh herbs. Toss gently.
