  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
  • 15.5 oz can diced tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chili seasoning
  • 15.5 oz can dark red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 15.5 oz can light red kidney beans, rinsed and drained

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef with the diced onion until cooked through. Add minced garlic and sauté briefly.
  2. Transfer the meat mixture to a slow cooker.
  3. Stir in crushed tomatoes, diced tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, chili seasoning, and both cans of beans until combined.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or high for 4-5 hours.
