  • 8 ounces thinly sliced deli chicken
  • 21/2 cups cooked pulled beef
  • 12 slices Swiss cheese
  • 30 dill pickle chips
  • 8 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon-style mustard
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 11/2 teaspoons dried minced garlic
  • 11/2 teaspoons dried minced onion
  • 11/2 teaspoons poppy seeds
  • 3/4 teaspoon flaky sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and prepare a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Slice the Hawaiian rolls horizontally while keeping them connected and place the bottom half in the prepared dish.
  3. In a bowl, mix Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and melted butter; spread half over the rolls.
  4. Layer half of the Swiss cheese, followed by chicken, pulled beef, pickles, and the remaining cheese.
  5. In another bowl, combine melted butter with minced garlic and poppy seeds; brush generously over the rolls.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes; uncover and bake for an additional 5–10 minutes until golden brown.
