  • 3 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 teaspoon flaky sea salt

Instructions

  2. Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture, stirring until a sticky dough forms. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 45–60 minutes until doubled.
  3. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin with olive oil.
  4. Spoon dough into muffin cups, filling each about three-quarters full.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over each muffin top, then sprinkle with rosemary, garlic, and flaky sea salt.
