  • 1 tablespoon honey or sugar
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil (plus more for drizzling)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary (chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon flaky sea salt

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, dissolve the yeast and honey in warm water. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until foamy.
  2. Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture. Stir to form a sticky dough. Cover and let rise in a warm spot for 45–60 minutes until doubled in size.
  3. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin with olive oil.
