  • 23 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (for glaze)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in lemon zest, fresh lemon juice, and vanilla extract.
