  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1½ cups heavy cream
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 packs ramen noodles
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • ½ cup sliced green onions
  • ½ cup shredded carrots (optional)
  • Sesame seeds & nori strips for garnish

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken strips in soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, smoked paprika, chili powder, cayenne pepper, and black pepper for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook marinated chicken until golden brown (5-6 minutes). Set aside.
  3. In a saucepan, melt butter and sauté minced garlic. Add heavy cream and chicken broth; simmer briefly before seasoning.
  4. Stir in grated Parmesan until smooth.
  5. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions; drain and toss with sesame oil.
  6. Assemble bowls with noodles topped with creamy garlic sauce and fiery chicken strips.
  7. Garnish with green onions, shredded carrots, and serve immediately.
