  • 2 cups diced cooked chicken
  • 2/3 cup buffalo sauce
  • 8 oz softened cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup blue cheese dressing
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 stalk celery, diced
  • 2 green onions, diced
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix blue cheese dressing, sour cream, and softened cream cheese until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, combine diced chicken, buffalo sauce, and garlic powder. Fold half into the creamy mixture along with the diced celery and green onions. Mix in half of both cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.
  4. Spread the mixture in an 8×8 baking dish. Layer remaining chicken mixture on top and sprinkle with remaining cheeses.
