Ingredients
Scale
1 pound ground turkey
1 head cauliflower, chopped into small florets
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
¼ cup chicken broth (for extra moisture)
Fresh parsley for garnish (if desired)
Grated Parmesan (for extra flavor)
Instructions
In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add cauliflower florets and sauté until tender and lightly browned (5-7 minutes). Set aside.
In the same skillet, melt the remaining butter and add ground turkey. Cook for about 5-6 minutes, breaking it up until fully cooked.
Stir in garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for another couple of minutes until fragrant.
Return the cauliflower to the skillet; add chicken broth if needed for moisture. Simmer together for 3-4 minutes.
Serve hot with optional garnishes like fresh parsley or grated Parmesan.
