Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 head cauliflower, chopped into small florets
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • ¼ cup chicken broth (for extra moisture)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (if desired)
  • Grated Parmesan (for extra flavor)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add cauliflower florets and sauté until tender and lightly browned (5-7 minutes). Set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, melt the remaining butter and add ground turkey. Cook for about 5-6 minutes, breaking it up until fully cooked.
  3. Stir in garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for another couple of minutes until fragrant.
  4. Return the cauliflower to the skillet; add chicken broth if needed for moisture. Simmer together for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Serve hot with optional garnishes like fresh parsley or grated Parmesan.
