  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 pound baby Dutch potatoes, quartered
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • Greek yogurt or sour cream for serving

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken by mixing marinade ingredients in a sealable bag. Add chicken and let it soak for at least 20 minutes.
  2. Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C) and line a sheet pan with foil.
