  • 1 cup chocolate chips for topping
  • 1 tsp coconut oil for topping
  • Flaky sea salt, optional

Instructions

  2. Line a cutting board with parchment paper and spread the mixture evenly into a 1/2-inch thick layer.
  3. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in the microwave in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  4. Pour the melted chocolate over the cookie dough layer and sprinkle with flaky sea salt if desired.
  5. Chill for about 10 minutes until set, then cut into chunks.
