- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce (mild or hot)
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese
- 4 low-calorie whole wheat tortillas
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Shred cooked chicken breast and place it in a large mixing bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together buffalo sauce and Greek yogurt until smooth; stir in garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the buffalo mixture over the shredded chicken and combine until evenly coated.

- Fold the sides of the tortillas inwards and roll tightly from the bottom up.
