  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Prep all ingredients by washing and chopping the broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, garlic, paprika, and black pepper. Add chicken breasts and coat well; let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
