Prep all ingredients by washing and chopping the broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, garlic, paprika, and black pepper. Add chicken breasts and coat well; let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add marinated chicken and cook for about 6-8 minutes on each side until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
In the last few minutes of cooking, add broccoli to the skillet and stir until tender-crisp (about 3-4 minutes).
Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds before serving.
