  • 1/4 cup unsalted sweet cream butter (softened)
  • 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons whole milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, beat together softened butter and brown sugar until creamy. Add smooth peanut butter, egg, and vanilla; mix until combined.
  3. Shape dough into small balls and roll in sugar before placing on lined baking sheets.
  4. Bake for about 10 minutes until lightly golden; cool on wire racks.
  5. For the filling, whip together softened butter and peanut butter. Gradually add powdered sugar, then stir in milk and vanilla until smooth.
