  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  2. Place chicken in a resealable bag or dish and pour the marinade over. Seal or cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (up to 4 hours for enhanced flavor).
  3. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Remove chicken from marinade and discard excess. Place in a baking dish.
  4. In a small bowl, combine crumbled feta with olive oil, salt, and pepper; spoon over chicken.
