  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix flour, oats, brown sugar, coconut oil (or butter), and salt until crumbly. Press into an 8×8-inch baking dish.
  2. In another bowl, combine diced apples, granulated sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice, and cornstarch until well coated.
