  • 3 cups Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats
  • 2 cups Powdered Sugar, sifted
  • 34 tablespoons Milk or Cream
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract (for icing)
  • Pinch of Salt (optional, for icing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together softened butter, light brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time along with vanilla extract, mixing well after each addition.
