  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves (2 smashed, 2 minced)
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Pat the steaks dry and season generously with salt and pepper.
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil and sear the steaks for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare.
  3. After flipping, add butter, smashed garlic, and herbs; baste the steaks with melted butter as they cook.
