Instructions
Marinate chicken in a mixture of maple syrup and Dijon mustard for at least 30 minutes. Grill or pan-sear until golden and cooked through.
Cube sweet potatoes and halve Brussels sprouts. Toss with olive oil, salt, and optional spices (cinnamon and rosemary). Roast at 400°F (200°C) for 25–30 minutes.
