  • ¼ red onion, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • ½ cup tzatziki sauce
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Coat the chicken breasts in the marinade and let them sit for at least 30 minutes.
