  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente; drain.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and sauté seasoned chicken until golden brown (5-7 minutes). Remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté onions until softened (3-4 minutes). Add garlic and cook briefly.

  5. Return cooked spaghetti and chicken to the skillet; toss to coat in the sauce.
  6. Sprinkle shredded Monterey Jack cheese on top, cover until melted.
