  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for greasing the foil)

  • Heavy-duty aluminum foil (enough for 4 packets)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine ground meat with Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form into four patties.
  2. Cut four pieces of aluminum foil (about 12 inches long) and lightly coat the center with olive oil.
  3. Place one patty on each piece of foil, top with mushrooms and Swiss cheese.
  4. Seal the packets tightly by folding the sides over and rolling up the edges.
