  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 Tablespoon Milk
  • 1 3/4 cups Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • Sugar (for rolling)
  • 1 pkg. Dairy-free chocolate alternative

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Mix in creamy peanut butter, egg (or substitute), and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Gradually add flour, baking soda, and salt; mix until just combined.
  5. Roll dough into 1-inch balls and coat in granulated sugar. Place on parchment-lined baking sheets.
  6. Bake for 8-10 minutes until lightly golden but still soft.
  7. Immediately press a chocolate kiss into each cookie after removing from the oven. Allow to cool completely.
