  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 10 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup chopped peanuts
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the brown sugar and softened butter until smooth. Mix in the peanut butter, egg, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Gradually add in flour, baking soda, and salt; mix until just combined. Gently fold in half of the crumbled turkey bacon and one-third of the chopped peanuts.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly into a greased baking dish and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Let them melt for one minute before spreading over the surface. Top with remaining turkey bacon and peanuts before cooling completely.
