Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Soy sauce (or tamari)
Honey
Garlic cloves, minced
Fresh ginger, grated
Fresh pineapple slices
Cauliflower rice

Instructions
1. Marinate the chicken by mixing soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger in a bowl. Add chicken breasts and coat well. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
2. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill marinated chicken for 6–7 minutes per side until fully cooked. Grill fresh pineapple slices for 2–3 minutes per side.
