  • 1 ½ pounds skinless boneless chicken thighs
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 6 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 can (15 ounces) tomato sauce
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • Spices: salt, garlic powder, sweet paprika, curry powder, black pepper, cayenne pepper (optional), garam masala
  • Greek yogurt for marinating

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken pieces in a bowl with salt, garlic powder, sweet paprika, curry powder, and Greek yogurt. Mix well and let sit.
  2. Heat vegetable oil and 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic and diced onion until translucent.
