  • 1 package chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 cup milk (for pudding)
  • ½ cup Cool Whip (for chocolate layer)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons milk (for raspberry layer)
  • 1 cup Cool Whip (for raspberry layer)
  • ½ cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by crushing Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mixing with melted butter. Press into an 8×8-inch dish and freeze for 10 minutes.
  2. Make the chocolate layer by mixing pudding with milk until thickened. Fold in Cool Whip and spread over the crust; freeze for another 10-15 minutes.
  3. For the raspberry cream, beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and milk until smooth. Fold in raspberries and Cool Whip; spread over the chocolate layer.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
