20–25 Oreo cookies
6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1 package chocolate pudding mix
1 cup milk (for pudding)
½ cup Cool Whip (for chocolate layer)
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
½ cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons milk (for raspberry layer)
1 cup Cool Whip (for raspberry layer)
½ cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
Instructions
Prepare the crust by crushing Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mixing with melted butter. Press into an 8×8-inch dish and freeze for 10 minutes.
Make the chocolate layer by mixing pudding with milk until thickened. Fold in Cool Whip and spread over the crust; freeze for another 10-15 minutes.
For the raspberry cream, beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and milk until smooth. Fold in raspberries and Cool Whip; spread over the chocolate layer.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
