  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 cups sweetened flaked coconut
  • One 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup seedless raspberry preserves
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans (or nut alternatives)
  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup white baking chips
  • 1 teaspoon shortening

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined. Press firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. Spread raspberry preserves evenly over the crust.
  4. Pour sweetened condensed milk over the preserves, spreading it gently.
  5. Top with flaked coconut and chopped pecans, pressing down slightly.
  6. Sprinkle semisweet chocolate chips on top (reserve some for garnish if desired).
  7. Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown and fragrant.
