  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • Fresh cracked black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon red chili flakes
  • Optional: 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese, chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Prepare the vegetables by cutting the carrots and broccoli as specified. Spread them on a large-rimmed baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and red chili flakes. Toss well to coat.
